Welcome to Therapeutic Tips!
Allow me to re-introduce myself! My name is Danielle Martin Sandy. I am first a servant of God, wife, mother, and licensed mental health therapist for over 17 years. I am a graduate of Bethune Cookman (ALL HAIL BCU) and I have a mission to DEPART & SERVE. I started a mental health private practice called Therapeutic Counseling Support (TCS) because I believe in the power of change! It's been an honor to support my clients with individual therapy and I look forward to impacting and supporting more through my blog! Life is too short to be trapped by fear, our past, brokenness, irrational thoughts, and all the stressors that impact us from living a fulfilled life. While we must acknowledge and process our pain we can also learn to live a valued life focused on the tangible things that matter.
Your life is just that..YOURS! You hold the pen for the next page. Be encouraged, inspired, renewed, and restored through Therapeutic Tips, finding a personal therapist, prayer, reading, and all the beneficial tools for you to take control of your life. I hope you find this blog to be helpful. Please comment or share with a friend. If the content hits home perhaps you should speak to a therapist to process and see how things apply to your unique situation. Context is everything folks :-) In love and grace from your therapist,
Danielle M. Sandy, LMHC email@example.com
